The legal and moral framework that governs our collective action.
Article 1: Name and Jurisdiction
The organization shall be known as the **Aam Janta Pragati Party (AJPP)**. While registered as a political entity, it shall function as a comprehensive social movement dedicated to the holistic development of our nation. Its jurisdiction extends to the entire territory of India and its members globally.
Article 2: Fundamental Objectives
The foundational goal of AJPP is to build a society where:
- Equality: Every citizen has equal access to opportunity regardless of background.
- Integrity: Public service is conducted with the highest ethical standards.
- Resilience: Communities are self-sufficient and capable of solving local issues.
Article 3: Code of Conduct
Every member of AJPP is bound by a strict code of conduct. Any member found engaging in communal hatred, corruption, or anti-national activities shall be expelled following a fair internal inquiry. We prioritize character over capability.
